Even if you can just visit community run/public art galleries and events that would be great. Every person through the door helps with showing local government that these facilities are worth continuing to fund. 😁

👍🏾💯Not trying to ego - stroke, but communities that build up in spaces like here where people share everything from simple "thanks for your mahi" to in depth knowledge of a subject many of us have no expertise in but are concerned about (submissions to govt legislation ⁉️), to personal stories they feel safe in sharing 🫂 (Webworm is a good example)

Sometimes "real life" people are too busy, or don't see what we see, or have opposite ideologies (!) so exchanging ideas & worries in these spaces helps to feel we are not imagining things or simply that we are not alone 🤷🏻‍♀️... As well as those things you mentioned (she says, about to pack up after a few days camping on the edge of the bush, with daily walks & chattering birds 😁 & no housework)

Timely reminder, thank you.

Looking out for each other takes so many forms, my husband will give me a nudge & remind me to get off social media....it can be the little things that break us out of bad thoughts/habits that might send us spiraling etc. Time for my nudge 🫶

Connection, sharing food, and the routines of homemaking have become the kind of care that helps us stay in action for the long haul.
